Salmon fishing Columbia River has closed. We have switched efforts over to the Willamette River Witch is great fishing.
Salmon fishing Portland Oregon area is done around the St Johns Bridge.
Now that the water has cleared the last few days has been very productive for salmon on the Willamette River. With the extremely warm weather in the next few days, salmon fishing should only get better and better, I am very excited for this fishery.
Sturgeon fishing has been excellent on the Willamette River. I Have been averaging 15 to 20 sturgeon A-day between 2 and 7′ long.

Walleye on the Columbia River has been good. I do most of my walleye fishing in the upper Columbia river around The Dalles dam, and John Day dam.
