Oregon Sturgeon fishing

Unfortunately, in Oregon the fall salmon season winding down, you might be asking what’s up next for Oregon fishing?

I have you covered from my heated boat for some Oregon fishing.
November, December and January are excellent times for Dungeness crab on the Oregon coats.

I offer my crab trips on the lower Columbia River around Astoria Oregon area. With the limit being 12 Dungeness crab per person this will make a great dinner.

Oregon fishing Is also known for the great sturgeon fishing it has to offer in the winter However, most of the sturgeon fishing is a catch and release fishery.
The great white Sturgeon average size of a sturgeon is 4 to 9 feet long. Sturgeon are very hard fighting fish, and they love to explode out of the water. Sturgeon fishing always offers plenty of action. You will be in a comfort of a covered in heated boat.

You will be Sturgeon fishing in the Willamette River, or the Columbia River in the Portland area.

Most of the winter Sturgeon trips are done in the Portland, Oregon area. When weather permits, I also do winter sturgeon in the Columbia River Gorge, in the Hood River area.

I will also offer bottom fishing trips for sea bass, ling Cod and rockfish in December, January and February, on the Oregon cast when ocean allows.
