even if you are a pro fishermen you still will have a blast catching shad on the columbia river.<br />
Shad fishing is gteat for kids there is lot&#8217;s of action and they are a great fighting fish.<br />
I like to fish in about 10 to 15 feet of fast moving water.<br />
I use a dick night spon i like sliver and green, dont think it realy maters.<br />
Then after you have caught you shad it is time for fun. If you are up to a fight of a lifetime. put the shad on hole and wate for the big sturgeon. then hold on tight.<br />
