well I had 2 days of steelhead fishing on the Columbia river, I was fishing in the Columbia River gorge.
Fishing was good the first fish we caught was a salmon so had to let that on go.

The Fall Salmon fishing on the Columbia river begins in August at bouy 10 which is at the mouth of the Columbia river and runs through mid-October.
We are going to have some great fishing on the Columbia River this year!

Today we were fishing on the Columbia river below Bonneville dam. I met my clients at 6:15 am.
I decided not too fish for shad today because shad fishing has been kinda slow and I had enough from the night before.
