Columbia river has a ton of shad go over the dam each year.
even if you are a pro fishermen you still will have a blast catching shad on the columbia river.
Shad fishing is gteat for kids there is lot’s of action and they are a great fighting fish.
I like to fish in about 10 to 15 feet of fast moving water.
I use a dick night spon i like sliver and green, dont think it realy maters.
Then after you have caught you shad it is time for fun. If you are up to a fight of a lifetime. put the shad on hole and wate for the big sturgeon. then hold on tight.
I would love to here some fish story so please get bak to me.
