Fishing Report July 16th 2009 on the Columbia river
by Marvin on Jul.16, 2009, under Columbia River, General
Columbia river steelhead fishing is going pretty good now in the Columbia gorge.
I have been fishing at the oak tree up by the dam. we have been fishing in 12 feet of water.
number 5 spinner blade has been the hot ticket for me.
the river is moving fast so be careful when you anchor your boat.
Sturgeon fishing on the Columbia river is still hot plenty of big fish around.
If you can find some shad you are up for a sure catch.
if not sand shrimp has been a good bet.
Buoy 10 fishing at Astoria is going to be hot again this year in August Marvin’s guide Service has some open time left so call today for buoy 10 on the Columbia river.
